Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external provider. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits, including your IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, and the operating system used. This data is processed solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.

Contact form

If you contact me via the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, occasion, preferred date and message) is stored in order to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data will be deleted once it is no longer required for processing your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

To protect against automated spam, this site uses "Cloudflare Turnstile" by Cloudflare, Inc. Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser and device information) is transmitted to and evaluated by Cloudflare to verify that the request originates from a human. Web analytics (Umami)

To understand how this website is used, I use the self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool "Umami". It collects only anonymised, aggregated usage data (e.g. pages visited, referrer, browser and device type, country of origin). Your IP address is not stored; visits are counted solely via a daily-rotating hash that cannot be traced back to you. No cookies are set, there is no cross-site tracking, and no data is shared with third parties. All data remains on my own server. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in measuring and improving my website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Fonts

This website uses fonts ("Google Fonts") provided by Google. When a page is loaded, your browser fetches the required fonts directly from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a technically sound and visually appealing presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your rights

You have the right at any time to request information about your personal data stored by me, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing, as well as the right to rectification, restriction or deletion of this data where applicable.
